职责描述：

1.收集北方区域大工程信息及竞争对手情况，收集目标客户，完成乐迈地板销售任务；

2.搜集并整理装饰公司战略集采资源，制定战略签订计划；

3.负责对接设计、装饰公司和甲方，与客户宣讲产品，推广企业产品,完成销售目标；

4.负责工程代理商开发以及维护；

5.负责工程项目跟踪以及项目落地，指导地板维护与铺装，对工程施工过程进行把控；

6.负责应收的账款回笼；

7.完成上级领导交办的其他事务。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，市场营销专业优先考虑；

2.有工程客户资源、熟悉建材行业工程销售的运营模式及销售经验的优先考虑；

3.具备良好的沟通技巧、商务谈判能力和团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力；

4.熟练Office办公软件（PPT、Excel、Word)

5.能适应出差
