Responsibilities:

1. Drawing up marketing plan proposals, formulating marketing strategies and action plans based on the market research and analysis.
2. Implementing and evaluating marketing plans, completing marketing activities effectively on a timely manner, conducting evaluation and adjustments promptly after the activities.
3. Setting up and maintaining expert network, building reactions and relationships with key academic experts, establishing product expert network, cultivating KOL speakers .
4. Overseeing product-related trainings, closely following up medical and market development progress of products, making internal training materials and keeping them up to date, conducting product trainings to the sales team.
5. Interdepartmental collaborations: closely collaborating with interdepartmental teams, carrying forward product bidding and entrance to NDRL (National Drug Reimbursement List) and Hospital Drug List.
6. Mentoring subordinates, improving their work efficiency, market analysis skills and product management abilities.
7. Other assignments.

Requirements:

1. Junior College diploma or above;
2. Major in Clinical Medicine, Phamacology or related fields;
3. More than 5 years of sales or marketing experience in middle-to-large pharmaceutical enterprises, with at least 3 years in marketing.

Desired Characteristics:

1. Above 3 year of experience in new product promotion experience preferred;
2. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, ability to independently interpret product information.

1. 起草并拟定市场计划，根据市场调研与分析，制定市场策略，提出切实可行的行动方案；
2. 推动市场计划的落实执行与评估，按时按质按量地完成各项市场活动计划，并及时对活动效果进行评估，迅速进行相应调整；
3. 建立与维护专家网络，与重点学术专家互动并建立良好客情关系，建立产品专家网络，培养KOL讲者；
4. 负责产品相关培训，及时更进负责产品的医学与市场进展，制作并更新内部培训资料，对销售人员进行产品知识培训；
5. 跨部门合作：与跨部门密切合作，推动产品招标、进入医保与医院目录；
6. 辅导下属，以提高其工作效率、市场分析能力和产品管理能力；
7. 完成上级领导交给的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 临床医学、药学等相关专业；
3. 5年以上的大中型医药企业销售/市场经验，3年以上市场部相关工作经验。

优先录取：

1. 具备3年以上，新产品推广经验；
2. 熟练使用办公软件，能独立完成产品介绍工作。
