Major Responsibilities

1. Set up and manage E-store for new brands on different platforms or existing Brands new E-stores on other platforms than existing设立并管理新品牌在各个平台的网店，或设立现有品牌在其他新平台的网店
2. E- store management and sales in different e-platforms负责各电商平台的对接及销售
3. Supervise TP/external partners to operate e-stores to achieve target sales管理TP/外部合作方，对各电商店铺的有效运营以完成目标销售额；
4. In charge of all e-store campaigns to drive sales负责各个电商平台的促销和推广活动
5. Insure e-stores image/product display are in line with brand strategy and meet consumer’s e-shopping experience by working with both internal and external team.与内部及外部团队合作，确保各电商平台店铺符合品牌整体策略，提升消费者的网购体验
6. Support to reports generation, including but not limited to sales, visitor, ROI etc.负责所有电商平台报表，包括但不限于销售、用户访问、店铺推广ROI报告
7. Responsible for the development and maintenance of TP/customer service team 负责电商店铺运营团队的开发、维护及管理

                                

    

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, >1 years’ experience in e-store management本科及以上学历，至少1年电商店铺运营经验
2. Extensive experience in operating different EC platforms, i.e traffic promotion in/out of the site; able to independently plan and organize the implementation of store promotional activities;熟悉各电商平台规则和操作流程，具备站内站外流量推广工具的实操经验，能独立策划店铺促销活动方案并组织执行；
3. Strong data analytical skill较强的店铺数据分析及行业数据分析能力；
4. Collaborative and leadership skill, able to motivate team member有一定的团队管理经验，可以充分调动员工的积极性和创造性，提高效率。
5. Entrepreneurship企业家精神，具有责任心
