主要职责：

Together with the KA General Manager, BD Manager and Solution Manager for the designated key account(s), develop business strategy for the key-account, to optimize the mutual growth opportunities.

？ Together with the operation and SCM team to meet agreed KPIs for assigned key accounts based on the business strategies.  KPIs will include, but not limited to, profitability, service levels, budgets, customer satisfaction indicators, etc.

？ Actively participate in the business planning and reviews of the Key Accounts at different levels to keep the customers engaged through proactive and on-time communications of business and/or operational issues, and solutions

？ Communicate effectively the business strategy, objectives and KPIs for the designated Key Account(s) with all relevant parties.

？ Actively orchestrate all relevant parties to ensure the delivery of services to the Key-Account customers meets and even exceeds the expectations of the Key-Account customers.

？ Handle and follow up on complaints, feedback and input from key-account customers and flash back to respective parties to ensure customer satisfaction.

？ Keep abreast of the industry and competitive landscape and provide input and advice to KA General Manager and business units heads to sustain and improve company’s competitiveness in providing services and solutions to the Key Accounts.

任职要求：

Min  5 years relevant experience 

Need to demonstrate a good track record in securing new business and account management.

Good knowledge of cold chain logistics environment in Mainland China

Solid background in contract logistics

Strong relevant key account management and sales related experience (Logistics)

Analytical and good understanding of cost modelling
