Summary

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for delivering Region-wide (Greater China) Sales Support to Major Account Manager or Channel Account Manager in their efforts to drive revenue, through supporting and executing key processes in the business data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Key operational execution includes:

- Maintaining business report in CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely

- Regular Distributors Inventory checking and WOI report prepared

- Business data analysis to bring out business trend

- Business analytics to support sales on attainment of sales targets

- channel data collection, tracking of program, providing status

- Forest report prepared

- Respond to variety of ad hoc administrative and operational tasks

Required:

Min 3 years’ experience working in Sales Operations, Sales Support or data analysis.

High-Tech industry experience working in companies with go-to-market through a complex distribution / reseller (or retailer) channel and familiar with common sales processes associated with this type of business.

Experience in executing Business Processes that deliver value to Sales whilst meeting key stakeholder requirements.

Working knowledge of SalesForce CRM, Oracle, and other business reporting tools.

Proven ability to work effectively with and influence diverse stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight timelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail.

Advanced Excel skills.

Fluent in English (company business language) and Mandarin (for Greater China roles).
