Main Job Responsibility:

1,Responsible for regional market business development including new business as well as existing customer relationship daily maintenance, new project searching, maximize sales opportunity.
2,Responsible for regional market industry customer information collecting and timely submit to management and related department.
3, Keep efficient communication with cross function department including Technical, Logistic, Inside sales to ensure potential and new project can be fast evaluated, proceeding, Also need closely follow up and timely feedback to customer side with the progress update.
4, Participate regional industry show and seeking new potential customer information and submit effective market and product information to management for long term planning.
5,Timely submit weekly sales activity planning, visiting report, monthly/quarterly sales report to management.
6,Strictly follow company sales policy including finance, HR and maintain company branding image.etc.
7, Regular sales/project update by weekly video/telephone sales meeting.
8, Achieving regional annual sales target.
9, Regional customer AR collection support.
10, Monthly sales meeting in HQ.
11, Other task assigned by management team.

Qualification and requirement:
1, 4~5 years B-B sales experience in industry field, Have experience in new business development will be better.
2, Candidate possess experience in Rail/Metro, Power Transmission, Medical, Automation Machinery field will be highly appreciated.
3, Excellent communication, Negotiation and Observation capability.
4, Strong market sense and selling attitude.
5, Frequent traveling will be needed,
6, Have English communication capability including writing, reading and listening will be better.
7, Product knowledge training will be provided.
