Job responsibility:

- All sales activities, start from beginning until receive all payment

- Guiding sales to development market and maintain customer relationship

- Guiding sales assistance for documentation and sales procedure

- Take care own customers, frequency visit

- Check all quotation and contract before release to customers

- Follow up project, customer payment, delivery etc.

- Check staff e-mail or PO before release to HQ or customers (incl. FCH, OF, Meltec, Robamat and VDS)

- Clarify technical data and description with HQ and customers

- Check with FCH CEO or HQ for FDG purchase price per project, and release official PO

- Arrange customers training, arrange Airson job

- Check the bill of travel and other expense for sales staff

- Issue activity report, opportunity report twice per month

- Regular sales meeting (opportunity pre-meeting and sales zoom meeting twice per month)

- Issue customer and market information for month report to FCH HQ base per month

- Yearly sales forecast and production forecast

- Prepare article on FCH Wechat public account

- Connected with association in South

- Advertisement design on Magazine

- Catalogues print

- Comment and arrange exhibition
