Responsibilities:
 

1. Ensure China JV SCC's, China IT operations and key business operations aware of changes to information security policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance tools. (Conduct meetings, information sessions, provide ad-hoc consultation)
2. Participate in Global Security & Controls meetings and workgroups on Security and Controls initiatives, review process improvements, and global process consistency
3. Lead security and controls activities in support of products/systems toward Enterprise Information Security Policy Compliance, by ensuring that Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Risk Assessments (ERA), Business Managed IT Assets (BMA) and Systems Control Review Program (SCRP) are completed and approved, compensatory controls implemented for all control gaps within specified periods and report to China IT management on the status of the IT control review processes
4. Work with Global Data Loss Prevention Team in setting up security control policies in specific to protecting company's data and intellectual property.
5. Drive China Cybersecurity Law Compliance Actions
6. Collaborate with skill team business and IT Product Teams to address and close all compliance gaps/issues
7. Interface with external government departments (Shanghai Communications and Administration Bureau, Ministry of Public Security, etc) to get latest insights into the Cybersecurity Law communication/update/cascades

 
 
Requirements:
 

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
2. 5 – 10 yrs experience in various fields of IT
3. 2-5 years of full time IT security control experience, CIA/CISA/CISSP certifications, preferred
4. Serve as SME consultant to IT operations and business operations on information security policies, standards and processes.
