You will supervise a system service team and contribute to the execution of the system service strategy and growth by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost effective service offerings, solutions and projects for customers. You will Drive service achievements through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. As a Service Team Leader, you will be reporting to the Service and Digital Platform Manager in Business Area – Robotics & Discrete Automation located in Shanghai, China.

- Developing the sales tools, training materials based on the system service portfolio, to improve the sales competence and supporting CS sales team to sell the system service products.
- Ensuring the project execution by utilizing the system or tool to achieve the customer’s expectation on quality & lead time.
- Ensuring planning and execution of various system service activities carried out both off and on site. Driving and monitoring Service execution with respect to the agreed terms of schedule, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring continuous improvement on the customer satisfaction by improving system service team’s competence and effective/efficient execution.
- Allocating drives and monitors work to projects based on order content, delivery time, competencies and workload. Effectively utilizing available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets.
- Driving continuous productivity improvement activities in the assigned system service team in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team, utilizing efficient tools to streamline service processes and applications to support the customer. Ensuring the transfer of Service findings to the product/system local units for improvement of their offerings.
- Ensuring compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives, and ensuring instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team (including subcontractors), while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assessing risks and safety hazards and implementing actions to ensure people and equipment safety.
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, resourced and supervised. Ensuring all system service team members are certified in line with global certification and local regulations. Reviewing competence levels to ensure each proposal engineer, project manager and service Engineer (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to them.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in automation industry area.
- Must have strong accountability, self-driven and capability to deliver projects.
- Must be open to learn and open to change.
- Must demonstrate the willingness to walk out of comfortable zone.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
