Role

The role will be to provide support, as a junior member of the team, to the H&K market managers across a number of areas, including: Key Accounts, expecially McDonald's.


Contract Administration China:


1,Ensure that order information and changes are entered in the production system completely, accurately and immediately following the instructions from the market manager.

2,Ensure contract/invoices are sent promptly to customers.

Take responsibility for action to resolve overdues.

3,Ensure that shipping documents are correct.

4,Ensure daily administration work is dealt with.

5,Assist Market managers in other markets if required.

Skills:


1,The candidates must also speak English.

2, This position will involve liaising with different departments so the ideal candidate will be a good communicator: accounts, engineering, production, and shipping. This is a key position in our organization.

3,The candidate will have to be precise

4,Have a very good attention to detail

5,Be able to work well under pressure

6,Have a positive attitude and be proactive

7,Ability to deal with and manage several tasks simultaneously – strong project management skills.

8,Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word) are required.


销售支持

职位概述:

* 协助销售团队做好H&K的中国客户服务工作,并采取富有活力、具企业精神、积极主动的方式进行工作。涉及到的范围为大客户----主要是麦当劳中国。


岗位职责:

1. 根据客户餐厅图纸及市场经理的要求出报价,并确保订单准确及时的录入ERP系统;

2. 确保合同及发票及时的提供给客户;

3. 负责更新状态并解决过期问题/产品;

4. 确保发货文件及信息的传达正确;

5, 确保日常行政工作及时处理;

6. 如有需要,协助市场经理处理普通客户的订单。

任职条件:

1. 英语读写良好;

2. 本职位作为仓储,财务,市场,采购等多个部门的沟通渠道,要求沟通能力很强并具备团队合作精神;

3, 为人细心;

4. 擅长关注并处理细节;

5. 积极主动;

6. 能够在压力和紧迫的时间期限下,良好的完成工作;

7. 能够同时处理和管理好几个任务,具有强有力的项目管理技巧;

8. 能够熟练使用Excel,Word等软件。
