This role is to involve with 360-degree recruiting activity with both candidate and client side with guidance from Principal Consultant or Manager.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

·         Consistently bring in high-quality candidates through all sourcing activities;

·         Strong screening and interview skills to identify qualified candidates;

·         Sort out candidate and determine follow-up actions in a timely manager-send to fill the job or CV floating;

·         Coach candidate on interview preparation to raise hit rate;

·         Manage whole interview process to make placement happen;

·         Conduct BD activities and get business results, e.g. job leads, market information, etc.

·         Take lead in Client Meeting and achieve business targets;

·         Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise on designated market, industry and functions;

·         Deal with clients and candidates independently;

·         Generate revenue by fulfilling KPIs in a consistent manner;

·         Collaborate with other team members to archive cross-functional success;

·         Good knowledge of Profile and related system usage and operation;

·         Timely log in required information into Profile;

·         Uphold and demonstrate Robert Walters corporate values and adheres to internal policies

 

Key requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in a recruitment or sales environment;
• Proven track record in generating consistent revenue, account/relationship management, with business development skill as a plus;
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
• Demonstrates high level of integrity;

• Sales-driven and ambitious with a passion for recruitment industry;
