职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES 责任
4.1 Assist the Planning Manager to Lead and administrate the Planning organization and delegated workcell.

4.1.1 Staff the department / workcells to meet the goals and objectives of the department. Maintain a good cross-training program and a strong succession plan to accommodate changes in business needs.

4.1.2 Communicate expectations of individual job responsibility, objectives, goals and mission of the department. Hold periodic department meetings to review performance result, current objectives, and future direction of the department.

4.3 Support the development and implementation of Jabil standard planning strategies and systems.

4.3.1 Ensure the execution and deployment of Jabil’s standard planning strategies and systems where possible, and customized solutions where necessary. Influence customers in order to leverage Jabil’s standard process and systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION 工作职责描述

8.1 Upon receipt of properly authorized customer demand, co-ordinate the sizing effort.

8.2.2 Assess production schedules, revise when necessary, optimize run quantities, minimize change over and achieve 100% on time delivery.

8.2.3 Update and maintain the Master Production Schedule as changes are identified in order for the MRP to reflect accurate, up-to-date information.

PREREQUISITES 职位要求
7.1 A combination of 3-5 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; a bachelor’ degree; and 2-3 years of supervisory experience.

7.2 A Certification by related professional organizations (such as APICS), a bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent, or an experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
