Responsibilities:

1. Organize and coordinate the annual plan and daily budget control, including P&L plan, balance sheet plan, CAPEX plan and cost center planning;

2. Monthly forecast, including turnover forecast (IBP), P&L forecast, CAPEX forecast and rolling finance forecast;

3. Management reports-German HGB, including monthly REPO-TM1,monthly financial statements-IDL;

4. Fund management, cashflow forecast on a weekly basis, arranging the funds account reasonably, and increasing the rate of return on funds;

5. Financial analysis, including KPI analysis, tax burden analysis, rationality analysis of GL/A mapping in management reports, and financial data provision;

6. E-commerce business control and OMS system demand management and optimization;

7. Risk control and internal control management;

8. Review reconciliation of open items managed GL/A;

9. Special sales project management and control, gross margin analysis and review the application of payment and collection;

10.Other financial related work.

Job requirements

1. More than 5 years of financial working experience, and more than 3 years of controlling/financial analyst experience;

2. CPA/CMA/ACCA/Intermediate Accountant/CTA are preferred;

3. Proficiency in English;

4. Bachelor degree or above in finance related majors;

5. Familiar with office software, strong excel processing ability, familiar with SAP system is preferred;

6. Work initiative, strong learning ability, good at communication and teamwork.
