工作内容：

1、协助客户方负责项目群管理工作，包括但不限于：协作客户方负责项目群管控、负责相关的合作厂商资源保障、任务安排、任务跟踪、沟通协调、组织方案讨论、风险管理及汇总整理等工作。

2、负责我司现场项目管理，包括但不限于：项目日常管控，项目干系人管理、项目立项、验收、项目沟通管理、团队建设、配合后端协作，配合商务协作等。

3、快速深入了解客户需求，结合自身特点，组织各类资源完成符合客户需要的各类文档，包括但不限于领导汇报、需求文档、实施方案等。

4、负责解决客户在使用我司研发的系统使用中遇到的问题，提供相关技术支持。

岗位要求：

1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，英语四级以上水平。

2、工作经验2年以上，其中具有1年以上项目管理经验，独立承担过项目经理角色。有一年以上J2EE项目开发或实施经验。

3、熟练使用Oracle、mysql等数据库语言，熟悉Linux/UNIX平台。

4、思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，有一定的文字功底，良好的语言、书面表达能力和解决问题能力，熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Visio，能够独立编写相关业务方案和汇报文档。

5、诚信自律，具备团队合作、学习能力、沟通能力、积极主动性、思维能力、成就导向、坚韧性等素质。

6、男女不限，有SAP或其他ERP软件开发和实施经验者优先，具备需求分析能力，有中型以上项目（项目团队规模15人以上，同时实施周期半年以上）实施经验者优先。
