This position will be based in Hongkong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Industry/Company research across various sectors in China region
• Source and analyze important sector/company data
• Defend sector/company thesis
• Policy research
• Build and maintain databases
• Help translate and analyze important sector/company information for actionable ideas
• Financial modeling and drafting of investment memos
• Company valuation and stock picking

Educational background

• Masters in Finance/Economics from renowned universities and institutions
• CFA/CPA desirable

Experience required

• 3 to 5 years of research experience from sell side research/Buy side/independent research firms

Skills required

• Native mandarin speaker with excellent command over English
• Strong verbal and written language skills in Mandarin and English
• Logical analytical thinker
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to present and defend ideas
