This position is instrumental to support the Global headquarters to deliver high-quality reports & analysis in both PPT and Word format. This role is also key to bridge the two language, starting from English with collective efforts of international team to Chinese version for top executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Significantly contributes in the key presentations & reports to the Executive Committees, Board and Shareholders.

· Leads strategic projects from start to execution until delivered with collaboration of global team both at Global Headquarters and regions

· Conducts in-depth financial & business analysis and modeling which have global impact.

· Hands on working on bi-lingual reports.

· Participates in FP&A activities such as forecast, business review, budgeting, etc.

· Supports ad hoc request from top management and FP&A leaders.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong financial analytics skills and capabilities, FP&A working experience in top 500 companies at HQ level is highly preferred.

· High level of proficiency in English.

· Excellent proficiency in analytical writing and formal Chinese report composition.

· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specially strong skills in PPT.

· Organize, structured, detail-oriented with strong appetite of accuracy.

· 8+ years work experience with intensive exposure to executive management.

· Working experience in the Big Four auditors & investment banking will be a plus.

· Self-motivated and disciplined, strong team player.
