职位描述

岗位职责//Roles and Responsibilities
1. Delivers high-quality application services to business users by fulfilling service request and resolving incidents. Performs day-to-day operational activities to monitor and administer systems. Maintains the applications in healthy status.
2. Plans and manages application lifecycle. Manages projects to upgrade or migrate applications to ensure the compatibility with new versions of platform, middle ware, browsers and/or clients.
3. Supports IT BP and Solution Architect on application enhancement requests. Delivers new releases of application by managing requirements, impacts, cost, time and quality.
4. Collaborates with project team to smoothly transition applications from the build phase to operation by creating configuration items, setting up application environment, preparing Operational Support Plan, signing Service Lever Agreement, onboarding qualified support resource, managing KT articles and activities and coordinating with Service Desk, infrastructure team and other IT teams.
5. Manages vendors and leverages external resources to incorporate external expertise into the whole service capability.
6. Creates and updates Service Level Agreement between IT and business. Periodically reviews delivered service with business owner and key users to improve service quality and user satisfaction. Ensures SLA and service KPI targets are met.
7. Creates and maintains knowledge base articles, and ensures knowledge retention at organization level. Ensures each team member is well trained with sufficient knowledge to conduct their work.
8. Creates and maintains application service catalog, and implements service catalog in system. Ensures accessibility and usability of service catalog for business users.

能力与经验//Qualification and ExperienceQualification and Experience
1. Proven track record of 2-4 years'experience with application support in a complex and global environment.
2. Has expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with installation, configuration and administration of Exchange server, Skype for Business server and SharePoint server.
3. Knows how to plan, deploy and maintain the hybrid environments for Exchange Server/Exchange Online and SharePoint Server/SharePoint Online. Has experience with Teams and other Office 365 products administration.
4. Has knowledge in Windows Server administration, TCP/IP Network, DNS, Firewall, Server Load Balancer, Digital Certificate, SSO, SMB/NAS/DFS and security.
5. Familiar with ITIL processes. Has experience with ServiceNow, HP Service Manager or other IT Operation Management Tools.
6. Good vender management skills with demonstrated experience and successful story.
7. Analytical thinking and agile mindset. Show initiative, proactive, responsible and self-managed in relation to tasks. Being result oriented and process driven.
8. Good coordination and organizational skills with effective inner-personal communication.
