The Job

l Develop and execute sourcing strategies for localization and cost reduction.

l Achieve objectives of cost reduction, quality, delivery and safety.

l Monitor and driving supplier improvement on quality system and on time delivery.

l Responsible for supplier contract negotiation, renew & update suppliers' agreements.

l Search & develop to maintain a qualified and potential supply base in China for assigned categories.

l Follow up and execute localization and cost reduction projects schedule with suppliers.

l Follow up, execute engineering, design changes according to drawings and specification.

l Responsible for executing the entire sourcing process from supplier assessment, quote analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and approval sample order, parts approval and serial production.
