General Description:

1.Develop new business opportunities for all CMP factories in the region
2.Serve and support house accounts in the region
3.Work with rep/distributors in the region to grow CMP business
4.Work with marketing department and CMP factories to assist marketing and customer service works

Responsibilities:

1.Develop new customers
2.Generate new design-ins at existing and new customers
3.Work closely with factory people to get orders from house accounts
4.Maintain good relationship with house account, assist factory inside sales to provide good customer service
5.Guide the direction to rep/distributors based on CMP marketing direction
6.Training and technical support to rep/distributors
7.Work closely with rep/distributors to develop new customers and get new design-ins as well as new orders
8.Assist the communication between rep/distributors and CMP factories
9.Identify end user and end use of rep/distributor’s customers, make sure all business activities comply with export regulations
10.Work closely with marketing department, provide market information from daily works, such as new products required by customer, application details of specific program, successful design-in cases, etc, assist on marketing works when is required, such as trade show, advertisement, etc.
11.Other works assigned by managements

Job requirements:

1.Frequent customer visits, can travel frequently in the region
2.Periodical review meetings with rep/distributors, frequent joint customer visit with rep/distributors
3.Be responsive for daily communication, can work at evening time(communicate with CMP factories in overseas when needed)
4.Be aggressive on product promotion and wining orders
5.Finish various reports on time with good quality
6.Manage time well and work in high efficiency
7.Ability of learning product knowledge, new technology and new applications of the products
8.Team work sprit, work closely with CMP china team members, CMP factories, marketing department as well as rep/distributors

Job qualifications:

Education and Experience:
1.Bachelor degree of Electronic Engineering or similar
2.3-5 year experience of sales job in electronic/IT industry or related fields
3.Experience of working with foreigners

Skills:
1.Fluent English on listening, speaking, reading and writing
2.Skillfully use computer, familiar with Microwave office software
3.Familiar with internet for information collection and self-learning
4.Good on interpersonal relationship
