1 Overall management of the Disaster Recovery environment, to include the development, implementation, communication, monitoring, enforcement and maintenance of global IT/DR policies, guidelines and procedures which promote a secure, uninterrupted operation of all IT systems. Responsible for data replication and disaster recovery procedures. Works between the various support and project teams within McCormick & Co. regarding technical and non-technical requirements to achieve the OGSM goals of the organization.

Overall management of APZ Operations projects to which he/she is assigned. Oversight, development, communication and deployment of consistent project management best practices, including processes, tools and reports. Responsible for managing the budgets associated with said projects.
2 Develop and manage budget for DR capital projects ranging up to $1MM. Manage the development, budgeting and implementation of IT DR solutions across the APZ regional enterprise, selecting the most cost effective means of providing tiered levels of disaster recovery solutions.
3 Collaborate with and support the Operations Change Advisory Board (OCAB) and the Functional Change Advisory Board (FCAB), ensuring IT DR plans are updated and tested, and IT updates are monitored. Fully responsible for the audit compliance of the EMEA Disaster Recovery plans including Sarbanes / Oxley requirements.
4 Direct the development of requirements, and the investigation and analysis of options for solutions using McIT standard solutions and works with the process thread teams and other McIT teams to develop new solutions/standards as needed.
