Job description:
Overall management on QA and Lab department
Daily operation and management on the production quality control and Lab analysis test
Quality control for the in-coming material
Quality management for the suppliers and quality support for customers
Setup, development, implementation and maintenance of the ISO system
Ensure the quality management system is implemented throughout the company
Lead ISO internal audit and surveillance audit, customer audit/Survey
Document control of the ISO/QA system 4 level of documents
Organize the management review meetings
Manage the lab facilities, maintenance ad calibrations with Lab supervisor
Liaise with Sales/Product manager and Lab supervisor define and implement product specifications
Preparation and releasing of the job sheets: Compounding sheet, production traveller and Material identification sheet.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Plant manager
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in manufacturing Platics/mechanical/electronics engineering, quality productivity or management master preferred, and preferably major in automobile, connectors or rubber making.
-At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality areas.
-Familiar with Quality tools, Six Sigma management and Quality and systems management, ISO/TS standards and system in general.
-As project consultants, leadership, negotiation and management.
-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
-Strong computer skills, including excellent skills with Excel and word.
-A good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
-Strong communication skills
