Job duties
1. To keep regular good communication with existing and potential customers to understand their requirement
2 . Provide effective field technical service to thesales&distributors for the business unit.
3. Material safety data sheet
4. Provide timely response to strategically customers for both technical support & complaints analysis
5. To provide technical service to the company'customers including on-site assistance and guidance for mastbatch application and trouble shooting.
6.Collect market information,work closely with sales department to ensure that customers demands reliable.
7.Coordinate closely with internal to ensure that consistent quality are produced in a timely manner
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical or Polymer science
2.3-5 years working experience in plastic industry; especially in flexible packaging sector
3.Fluency English in writing and speaking
4.Good presentation and communication skills, Strong analytical ability
5.Hand on & trouble shooting experience
