职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities
? Assist the BUM (Biz Unit Manager) in maintaining the long-term profitability of each individual profit center or business unit.
? Coordinate development of all aspects of quotations, including manufacturing, materials, test, packaging, and tooling as requested by the BUM.
? Monitor the day-to-day production of all assemblies within the individual profit center or business unit, including timely delivery, quality, process conformance, and test procedures.
? Support the BUM in evaluating and implementing changes to any assemblies in the individual profit center or business unit, including volumes, schedules, engineering changes, and all other variations to a project.
? Assist in stimulating cost reductions for any assemblies in the individual profit center or business unit through material sourcing evaluations, manufacturing effectiveness evaluations, tooling design reviews, and design evaluations.
? Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation's issues.
? Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
? Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
? Read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in ISO Quality Manual.
Requirement
? University degree preferably in Engineering or Business. Post-graduate degrees in business are preferred.
? Significant previous business experience of 3-5 years.
? Analytical mind and possess strong communication skills as well as management skills to manage operation processes and people
? Possess strong entrepreneurial skills
? Flexible for rotations in project opportunities
? Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Experienced in Medical industry preferred

? Ability to interact with all levels of management.
