• Receive sales order sales forecast from Commercial

• Develop and formulate 2-week production plan to secure customer demand

• Coordinate with related departments and Project team on down time and testing/start-up plan

• Collaborate with regional/global planning team on mid/long term production plan

• Place and maintain plan /production order in system to ensure the process run smoothly

• Arrange raw material and semi finish good consumption plan to avoid or minimize aged inventory

• Take care of packing material purchasing plan and manage material inventory

• Work with sister plants to allocate and optimize resources

• Maintain system data and update daily/weekly report

• Co-work with commercial and logistics on recyclable packing material availability to support production line scheduling

Education & Experience  

• Bachelor or above, majored in Industrial Engineering or related fields

• Good at English communication

• Over 5 years working experiences in production planning or demand -supply planning in multinational/international Company
