Location: Guangzhou
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute all underwriting guidelines and procedures under the group underwriting principles.
2. Direct all underwrite insurance applications and activities for business growth and portfolio profitability.
3. Monitor delinquency trends of all products and make decision on adapting to market changes quickly and properly.
4. Improve the internal work process & effectiveness to utmost the customer satisfaction.
5. Build up and retain a strong and capable technical team.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. 5-8 years experiences in the relevant technical area, with at lest 5 years in managerial level.
3. Expertise in underwriting technical area and strong knowledge on products.
4. Strong sense of risk management.
5. Preferable experience in Marketing, Distribution and/or Operations.
6. Proven success in product design, pricing, underwriting result.
7. Proven success in balancing the business growth and acceptable exposure to risk.
8. Good English reading, writing and speaking capability.
