• Prepare the VALUE PERSPECTIVE based on current account knowledge and aligned with account strategy, and expose it to the customers sponsor.
• Build the VALUE ASSESSMENT and VALUE DEFINITION Scope Of Work proposal (Redaction, validation process)
• Execute assigned VALUE ENGAGEMENT missions and produce deliverables.
• Capitalize deliverables and value creation (KVIs and KPIs) in Business Consulting community
• Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interractions, and capitalize all relevant information.

• Actively contribute to account strategy by providing business analysis inputs on customer (Business Model, Customer Value Model, Customer strategy ...)
• Position and sell 3DS consulting services to support client’s business transformation. Introduce the VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework to customer sponsor, propose and convince him to engage.
• Identify and propose potential partners (C&SI) for each stage of VALUE ENGAGEMENT, and manage relationship
• Get Customers sponsor agreement on content and deliverables of VALUE ENGAGEMENT SoWs
• Manage VALUE ENGAGEMENT engagements missions in phases VALUE ASSESSMENT & VALUE DEFINITION by controlling and ensuring completion and quality of the deliverables
• Deliver VALUE ENGAGEMENT executive presentations to customers sponsors
• Develop Customers Executive relationships in partnership with SALES EXPERTS and SALES EXPERTS CLIENT EXEC  to reveal business transformation opportunities

• Provide, document and publish new methodologies, recommendations on consulting practices
• Develop and animate business consultant community in his/her domain/industry scope
• Create enablement content on a VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework for a dedicated Industry Segment or Brand Offer
