Responsible for quality relative fixture’s design and maintenance, provide molding production start up inspection, FA and tool measurement support, reverse engineering, etc. provide metrology measurement report base on requirement, Gage R&R, provide support to new project and production qualification .
负责质量系统的工夹具的设计及维护和管理。注塑过程的首样检查、FA、模具的测量、逆向工程等，并出
具报告,Gage R&R,，对新项目及产品认证提供支持。

工作职责：
1.Responsible for quality relative fixture’s design and maintenance.
2.Carry out measurement of molded parts, semi-manufactured goods, finished goods and tool, reserve engineering and issue metrology reports to validate the specifications.
3.Analyze dimensional measurements on the parts to validate. Compare dimensions with drawings or with metrology reports from suppliers to validate or reject and issue reports accordingly. Gage R&R.
4.Maintain the testing, measuring and imaging analysis instruments and devices and make sure they are functioning properly.
5.Provide support to new project and product qualification.
6.Other task assigned by department manager.

职位要求：
1.College degree or above, mechanic or plastic background.
2.Above two years working experience in metrology for high volume industry and technologies(metallic and plastics).
3.Good computer skill with MS office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Auto CAD, UG etc.
4.Good knowledge of materials(plastics and metals) and in process technologies(mould and tooling).
5.Have good communication ability and team work spirit, open-minded, creative and innovative.
6.Good English communication skills.
