Job Title: KA Executive

Report to: Area Sales Manager
Functional report to : Merchandising Manager

Job Purpose:
Assist Manager to achieve sales target, develop and maintain good relationship with wholesaler. Explore market coverage as well as fully utilize company resources in outlet through professional sales skill.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for achieving and exceeding agreed sales target in outlet
2. Develop and maintain good customer relationship with both 1st, 2nd, 3rd tiers wholesaler
3. Co-ordinate with marketing department concerning related marketing activities
4. Fundamental data collection and analysis report

Attributions:
1. Responsible for achieving and exceeding agreed sales target in outlet
? On behalf of the company, negotiate pricing, trade terms, new product introductions, promotion programs in respect of company’s objectives
? Identify and recommend good display opportunity/locations and recommend to line manager
? Continuously develop new customers and outlets, timely submit business report

2. Develop and maintain good customer relationship with both 1st, 2nd, 3rd tiers wholesaler
? Daily wholesaler management, maintain and update distribution database for the region
? Propose distribution plan to help other spirits penetrate into different channel
? Help to organize and implement trade fair for the region and arrange wholesaler incentive payment
? Design consumer promotion for each outlets and each channel in order to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitor
? Track AR progress, timely complete AR for the region

3. Co-ordinate with marketing department concerning related marketing activities
? Implement and coordinate various marketing activity & sales promotion as required
? Effective use of POP/merchandising materials to improve the merchandising and display standard of our product

4. Fundamental data collection and analysis report
? Timely collecting and reporting of competitor’s information in terms of promotion, price and sales trends to line manager
? Monitor price, avoid price confusion at the market place

硬性要求:
具体有2年或以上FMCG国际大卖场运作经验
英文口语良好
