Overview:
To provide support to responsible business unit on human resources related items, with implementation of an efficient and integrated HR strategy in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation etc.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle within responsible business unit, including but not limited to job posting, job launching call, sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate gets onboard.
2. Handle daily HR operations to provide an efficient and effective HR service including employee on-boarding, transfer, status change, exit, HR system, contract and documents filing; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
3. Support on the formulation of HR documents and the implementation of relevant policies in responsible business unit.
4. Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
5. Participate in new-employee orientations.
6. Provide support on the performance evaluation process and tracks as necessary.
7. Provide support on new oversea program in HR field, including market research, policy making, recruitment, document filing etc.
8. Other duties as assigned based on the business need.

Requirements:

1. Education background: Bachelor's degree above
2. Working experience: more than two-year working experience in HR field
3. Personality and soft skills: good communication skill, sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, pressure containment, and willing to learn
4. Fluent in English language
5. Able to work in a multicultural and international environment
