A NEW CHILDREN EDUTAINMENT Business Venture, backed by a prominent HK-listed company, is actively seeking distinguished candidates for GENERAL MANAGER position.

Requirement
? Degree or above
? 8 years of solid experience (3 years of senior management) in animation/children education / publishing or related industry
? Strong leadership with proven ability to develop and executive business plans
? Sound industry knowledge and strong business connections in animation, publishing, licensing and e-learning (especially in PRC market)
? Proactive and creative individual with excellent leadership skills
? Good communication as well as liaison skills
? Passion for children education and commitment to brand-building
? Those candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Deputy General Manager
? Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
? Frequent travel is required

Duties
? Direct strategic development of the company
? Recruit key personnel
? Develop and execute business plan
? Develop product lines and promote the brand
? Prepare a long-term business plan and drive team to achieve business targets

本司为一所新成立公司, 附属于香港联交所上市之某大型企业, 专门从事儿童娱乐教育事业 。为拓展业务, 现诚聘以下职位:

一、总经理：

任职要求：
1. 中专以上学历, 本科毕业更佳;
2. 8年以上从事动漫行业经验，至少3年以上动漫行业高层管理（运营）工作经验;
3. 熟悉中国内地动漫版权行业的法律和法规，具备较全面的理论与实操能力;
4. 能够带领团队完成动漫项目的立项、创作、市场推广、品牌建设、品牌授权等工作，于内地动漫行业具备良好商业连系;
5. 具备较强的组织领导、专案策划及市场判断能力，善于沟通协调;
6. 热衷于儿童教育、动漫品牌及动漫事业;
7. 良好中英文书写能力;
8. 经验较少之求职者或将会被考虑为副总经理。


主要岗位职责：
1. 制定及实行公司的发展策略和目标。
2. 组建并带领销售团队
3. 负责产品开拓，销售及推广。
4. 进行市场推广、分析、建立行销网络、授权等相关工作。
5. 制定及实行年度及长远计划并带领团队有效达到目标。
