The Order Execution Specialist will be responsible for processing orders, communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the on time delivery.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

·         Enter orders, create delivery slips and invoicing in SAP

·         Confirm delivery time with production

·         Communicate with warehouse for correct shipment

·         Provide reports from SAP and BW and KPI calculation

·         Maintain customer master data in SAP

·         Responsible for customer’s satisfaction report

Handle orders related to claims

Qualifications & Skills:

·         University degree, major in Business and Trade

·         2-3 years' working experience in order processing dept., service & detail orientated. Fluent in oral and written English

·         Good communication skills

·         Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure

·         Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT is must

·         Team player
