Our client is one 500 Fortune FMCG industry MNC.
JD:
- Clarify job requirement with hiring manager and create reasonable position description with standard format.
- Develop and use proven, cost - effective strategies to fill the openings
- CV screening and sourcing candidate through effective channels including cold calls, net working, internet postings and maximization of employee referral candidates for assigned postings.
- Take initiatives to track, analyze and update recruitment status to each business so that hiring managers can have fully awareness of recruitment possibilities and then change the recruitment strategy if necessary.
- Implement key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness and educate our clients.
- Manage all the offers process including salary recommendation and offer letters generation and offer approvals and offer response with candidate. Keep on-going communications with candidates and update status to hiring manager if any change
- Consistent utilization of E-recruiting in all areas of recruiting lifecycle
- Develop Screening & Assessment tools
- Develop Communications Plan with hiring managers to implement recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related major
- at least 3 years plus experience in full lifecycle recruiting;
