1. Consumer Research
Lead all the consumer research including consumer insight, market trend, and product test. Proactively conduct research plan based on product launch calendar. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency for smooth execution.
2. Product Concept Development
Develop product concept board including consumer insight, RTB, benefit and communication angles. Create product claim.
3. Communication strategy development.
Guide the KOL brief. Develop overall communication strategy guideline for each product launch.
4. Campaign Leader
Lead all brand campaigns. Develop creative/campaign idea. Craft 360 campaign plan and lead the execution. Closely work with content team and media team to ensure seamless execution.
5. Trade marketing plan
Develop annual offline trade marketing plan for boutique channel based on overall launch plan including sampling strategy, trade shows and seasonal events. Co-work with retail/sales team and supervise execution. Track ROI and set sales goals. In charge of setting the offline sales target for new product during campaign period. Help the retail/sales team to draft the BA KPI set-up.
6. Training Plan
Develop holistic training plan for both offline boutique and KA。Guide the trainer to develop training decks and conduct periodical training sessions for both internal and external parties.
7. PR
Lead all PR related affairs including celebrity management, PR relation maintenance and PR risk control.


任职要求：
1. Relevant experience in product marketing needed, deep understanding of cosmetic product lines and consumer needs required. Strong beauty sense preferred.
2. Campaign management experience needed
3. Working knowledge of digital marketing and KOL management. Relevant social plan management preferred.
4. Experience with both E-marketing and trade marketing preferred.
5. Proactive and self-motivated. Must be a team worker.
