Job Qualification
· Education: Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience required
· Experience:
o Minimum 5 years working experiences in total
o Minimum 2 -3 Years Sales experience
o B to B selling experiences is a must
o Selling experiences in HR consulting industry is preferred
· Required Competencies/knowledge/skills
o Positive attitude
o Integrity
o Persistency
o Good communication skills
o Consultative selling skills
o Full of passion about taking new challenges
o Know-how in terms of HR related topics and knowledge
o Know-how in terms of solution selling & key account management
o Computer proficiency (Microsoft office suite, Outlook e-mail etc.)
