Job Description

职责描述：

1.负责仓库整体工作事务及日常工作管理，协调部门与各职能部门之间的工作。

2.负责制定和修订仓储作业程序及管理制度，完善仓库管理的各项流程和标准。

3制定仓库工作计划，总结和分析工作情况，带领督促员工完成目标任务。

4负责分配仓管员日常工作，使日常工作做到高效、准确、有序。

5合理化布局和管理，制定各仓位的规划及标识、防火、防盗、防潮及物料准确性管理标准。

6负责组织盘点工作，确保帐、实、卡一致性。

7对仓库工作人员进行考核、工作指导，业务知识与培训。

8定期监督处理不良物料与呆滞料。

9对现场进行监督管理，推行5S及目视化管理，利用PDCA不断改善。

任职要求：

大专及以上学历；

物流相关行业知识技能 / ERP系统基础知识 / 制造过程控制管理经验 /

质量工具基本知识 / 熟知精益生产工具

5年以上物流相关制造经验，工作踏实尽责、主动创新

工作主动积极，责任感强，关注细节
