工作职责:

1、 负责项目工程管理和运作，确保制度和流程有效执行，把控项目计划进度、质量、安全和成本；

2、 负责项目建设设计、工程、设备招投标；编制招标文件和开标评标工作；筹建期新医疗机构相关审批手续办理；

3、 对施工单位的施工进度、质量安全、消防和监理单位的监理工作实施监控；

4、 负责采购计划制订，参与公司采购制度建立，制定并优化采购流程，控制采购质量与成本；

5、 负责采购单位谈判，采购合同的制作、核对、归档，订单进度的跟踪、协调和沟通；

7、对现有的供应商资料进行整理、归档，建立供应商名册；

8、其他日常筹建相关工作。

任职资格:

1．本科及以上学历, 工程管理、结构工程等相关专业；

2．工程管理2年及以上工作经验，包括1年管理经验。具备医疗机构筹建经验者优先；工程及造价经验优先；

3．熟悉内部招标，比价，竞争性谈判等采购方式，参与过相关的采购过程；

4．具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力;
