Job overview: 职位介绍

The Marketing Manager works with Sales and Business Development team members in all offices to drive lead generation & closure through compelling online and offline marketing activities and channels. This position also defines customer segments and analyzes results. Key deliverables include high quality client-facing marketing collateral for use by Sales team, identification of key industry events and smooth execution of our participation, and high-quality lead generation. Manages outside vendors for paid search, design, and copy creation. This position is supported by 1-2 interns.

Responsibilities: 职责

• Create marketing strategy & annual plan based on business strategies and goals to deliver qualified leads within budgeted spend; execute plan, adjusting as needed

• Create distinct marketing collateral for our two customer channels (commercial and residential)

Experience: 经验

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience related to marketing strategy and execution
