Job Responsibilities：

1. Develop and execute Policy and Procedures of IT Management, in collaboration with IT at HQ in Germany.

5. Responsible for the security of IT network system in Beijing office, maintain the server.

9. Responsible for daily management and staff training of network, hardware, software and data related to IT equipment and information system of Beijing office.

As the SAP coordinator, to support the collection, summary, classification and sorting of SAP system problems in various departments, and cooperates with the SAP project consultant operation and maintenance team to promote and participate in problem solving to ensure the efficient operation of SAP's Beijing factory and facilitate smooth business processes. 16. Standard system administration duties including server install, system component/application install and patch management. Windows problem determination, resolution and root cause analysis on Windows 2003/2008/2012 (including R2) servers;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree of computer science related; having MCSE/CCNA certificate will be advantageous; at least 5 years project management experience in IT team.
2. 及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业，具有MCSE/CCNA证书者优先，5年以上IT团队项目管理经验。
3. Have solid network knowledge, familiar with Cisco products, network technology or storage technology, can independently complete network fault handling and network optimization and security.
4. 扎实的网络知识，熟悉Cisco产品、网络技术或存储技术，能独立完成网络故障处理和网络优化和安全。
5. Familiar with the relevant knowledge of SAP modules and have experience in implementing SAP projects in the manufacturing industry.
6. SAP模块相关知识，具备制造行业SAP项目实施经验。
7. Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit, proactive, independent analysis and problem-solving ability, strong adaptability and pressure-bearing ability.
