职责描述:
? Communicate with customer about the quality issue of warranty parts and field problems. Solve and follow up those issues on time.
与客户沟通质保期和售后件的质量问题,并及时解决和跟踪。
? Responsible for statistics, analysis and dealing with the quality issue of warranty parts and field problems
负责统计、分析、处理质保期和售后件的质量问题。
? Feedback to customer concerning the analysis result on time. Be responsible for the counterclaim and following up what no caused by Brose.
及时将分析结果反馈给客户,负责对于不是博泽产品问题提起申诉并跟踪结果。
? Regularly report the statistical analysis data about the warranty parts and field parts.
定期汇报质保期和售后件的统计分析数据。
? Adheres to Brose Beijing & Brose Group Quality Policy.
遵守北京博泽及博泽集团的质量方针。
任职要求:
? Directly communicate with the customer about the quality issues of warranty and field parts.
负责与客户沟通关于质保期和售后件的质量问题。
? Strongly support customer to clarify whether the problems come from Brose product.
积极主动同客户确认其抱怨问题是否来自于博泽的售后产品。
? Bring all customer complain to the plant regarding to the warranty and field problems and respond quickly to customer.
将客户质保期和售后件问题反馈给工厂,并给客户快速的响应。
? Organize problem resolving regarding the quality issue of warranty and field parts, e.g. 8D, etc.
组织质保期和售后件的根本原因分析和措施制定,如使用8D等。
? Responsible to create Top-Q and C2 about warranty complain and tracking it closed in time.
负责售后抱怨的Top-Q and C2的创建并跟踪及时关闭。
? Responsible to provide the analysis result to the customer for warranty and field parts.
负责向客户提交质保期和售后件的分析结果。
? Familiarize the warranty procedure of customers and come up with the counterclaim schedule
了解客户售后索赔程序,并制定相应的售后索赔申诉的处理计划。
? Corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
纠正措施的响应并实施后续的确认。
? Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.
对所有必需的跟踪措施进行沟通 。
? Report regularly for the quality issue regarding to warranty and field parts.
定期汇报关于售后件的质量问题数据。
? Update and upload the statistical analysis data in share point on time.
负责售后件统计分析数据及时更新和上传Share point。
? Improve channels of communication between Brose Beijing and customers with problem-solving and resolution.
改善博泽北京工厂同客户关于问题解决的沟通方式 。
? Provide necessary technical support or training for customers.
必要时为客户提供相关技术,培训支持。
? Support production line to continuous improvement process/product quality.
支持生产线过程和产品质量的不断改善。
? Detect new failure modes, new warranty trend and reoccurrence issue, and propose improvement opinion and follow up actions.
发现新的失效模式、售后问题趋势和重复事件时,提供改进建议并监控执行效果。
? According to product audit plan and organize the implement on time
依据产品审核计划按时组织实施产品审核
? Flexible and able to quickly change direction to support internal customer needs.
能快速,灵活的支持内部客户的需求。
? Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by N+1 manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional)
完成质量经理和总经理分配的其他任务。
