Key areas of accountability/responsibility:
? Develop and maintain productive working relations with direct counterparts and key influencers in the customer base.
? Develop good understanding of the customer and their/our applications to maximize business opportunities
? Initiate, close and report design-in programs and identify new projects in co-ordination with and BU and other related team.
? Participates in setting the account budget. Drive sales and order fulfillment to achieve budget.
? Facilitates and support contract negotiations
? Prepare forecasts related product demand (Short Term Planning/Mid Term Business Plan)
? Provide product and pricing information. Understand customer price targets and competitive offering
? Support improvement processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
? Participates in required reporting processes
Competencies:
? Determination to achieve excellent results and create successful value propositions
? Focus on the market and develop market knowledge
? Find better ways and demand top performance
? Building and maintaining customer intimacy
Qualification:
? 3-5 years Sales working experience, in automotive industry is preferred.
? EE. Engineering background, good technology understanding
? Preferably experienced in semiconductors industry or comparable, product marketing
? Good communication skills, high credibility
? Good social skills and team player
? Process and quality oriented
