Responsibilities:

1. Leading communication

Communication between ** head in JV and Chinese partner and strategic alignment.

2. Leading team to support Plant: program launch/issue resolve

Working with JV GPSC and SQ team to support new program launch, current product quality improvement and SQ issue resolve. Urgent issue support per request.

3. JV SQ training/ people development

Guide and train JV SQEs per global SQE processes, including JVSME development.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:

Detailed understanding of manufacturing quality processes, automotive OEM Launch processes, automotive OEM Supplier Quality standards and processes.

Skills:

- Leadership skill

- Good communication skill and ability to build/maintan relationship with Chinese partners and cross functional teams to gain support and action.

- Ability to assess and prioritise risk to protect program launches, customers and plants.

- Ability to analyze manufacturing processes to root cause quality issues at suppliers or at manufacturing plants.

- Ability to communicate in English including, speak, write and listen

- Presentation development and presenting skills a must.

Experience/Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field

- OEM (prefer global OEM) working experience, Minimum 5 years experience working in Supplier Quality, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and/or Supply Base management of . Including, at least 3 years manager/supervisor experience.
