职位描述

Specific responsibilities include:
- Establish & implement HR strategy and policies to support business
- Develop strong business relationships with the JV executive management and the client
- Key driver to establish a performance driven culture in JV
- Manage and control all three sites headcount and labor cost budget and performance
- Establish and implement systematic talent development strategy in JV
- Proactively support JV's Org. consolidation initiatives
- Manager the training operations and escalate the leadership development speed
- Transfer China headquarters HR practice and professional Knowhow to JV HR org.
- Develop local HR team members
- Provide support to JV president

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies

§ Minimum 8-year working experience in HR areas with broad experience. Understanding of all aspects of HR, including recruiting, policy administration, compensation & benefits, organizational design, HR planning, etc. Solid experience in talent development, training & development is a must and HR generalist experience is preferred, especially in a manufacturing organization
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable labor laws; understanding the labor relationship situation in North east China
§ Fluent in English, oral and written
§ Demonstrate strong leadership competencies and have minimum 3 years manager experience
§ Have a high level of interpersonal skills and strong in cross culture communicating, relationship building, consulting and influencing, organizational agility. Adjust to new environment quickly and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
Must be a self-motivator and be able to multi-task, and strong competencies to deal with ambiguity
§ Experience in designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs. Can deliver some modules upon request.
§ Knowledgeable about Performance Management with previous experience designing/implementing or managing the performance management process in large organizations.
§ Strong employee relationship management experience, Organizational Development skills, experience in utilizing various organizational development tools to initiate/enable change in organizations
