职位描述
1. Responsible for building standard and custom reporting.
负责制定标准化和定制化报告;
2.Provide support to users through data analysis and research of business processes. This analysis may identify gaps in business process and lead to efforts to improve those processes.
通过对业务流程的数据分析和研究,为用户提供支持。此分析能识别业务流程中的缺陷,并改进这些流程;
3.Season forecast & Monthly Sales forecast for distributor and sales.
为销售团队和经销商提供年度/季度/月度销售预测;
4.Develop the dealer and sales analysis system to effectively manage distributor or sales performance.
通过建立经销商或销售分析体系,有效进行经销商或销售绩效管理;
5.Researches or attends conferences to learn about business that could improve MFS' performance.
研究或参加会议,学习可以提高马斯达业务的相关知识;
6.Develop report specifications, data requirements and provide analysis to resolve business-related problems. Improve reporting processes whenever possible.
制定报告规范、数据要求,并提供分析以解决与业务相关的问题,尽可能改进报告流程;
7.Accuracy of collected information, insightful information analysis for the crossing department to enhance the effective operation.
确保收集的信息准确,深入分析信息,为各部门提供基础数据,增强有效运作;
8.Work with Salesforce consultants and internal departments to create standardized reporting for our sales organization.
与Salesforce系统顾问和内部部门合作,为销售团队创建标准化报告;
9.Cooperate with finance team about monthly cut-off day data timely and accurately.
与财务团队合作,及时准确的完成每月截止日期的数据;
10. Optimize the sales process to improve overall efficiency of operation.
优化流程,提高公司整体运营效率;
11. Assist commercial team to establish and improve business management system and process to ensure the standardization and efficiency of sales business.
协助商业团队建立完善商务管理制度和流程,保证销售业务开展的规范性和高效性;
12. Other tasks assigned by leaders.

1. Bachelor degree, majored in business management related.
本科以上学历, 工商管理相关专业;
2. 5 years of experience creating/updating/running sales or revenue reporting; 2+ years of experience creating sales reporting within Salesforce.
5年创建/更新/运营销售或收入报告的经验;2年以上在Salesforce.创建销售报告的经验;
3. Familiar with data analysis methods and tools, business knowledge.
熟悉数据分析方法及工具,了解业务知识;
4. Proactive- Must want to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery.

5. Excellent numerical, reporting, analysis skills.

6. Fluency in English, both spoken and written Interpersonal Skill Proactive and flexible personality Travel Requirement As required.
