该岗位长期外派驻场在500强外企埃森哲

岗位职责：

· 计算机软件硬件的安装，配置以及调试

· 处理计算机的各种日常故障，包括软硬件故障，邮件系统，安全合规等

· 配合IT其他团队，对网络，服务器等进行排错，故障处理

· IT资产管理/事件管理/变更管理

职位要求：

· 提供公司内部用户的桌面支持，包括问题分析和故障排除，拥有相关工作经验。

· 良好的服务意识以及沟通能力，可以主动发现问题，并且解决。

· 熟练掌握Windows操作系统，熟悉Microsoft Office，及基本的办公设备（复印机，打印机，扫描仪）。

· 可以独立完成电脑的操作系统安装，并解决故障， 确保桌面服务能及时交付。

· 提供用户现场硬件相关问题诊断和解决的技术支持。

· 提供操作系统，网络访问，桌面实用软件（Word处理，MS Teams及其他）的支持。

· 对IT资产管理有一定的了解，了解IT相关设备的采购，入库，发放，回收等一系列流程及操作。

· 有一定的文档归纳能力。

· 有良好的英语听说读写能力。

· 熟悉MAC OS系统操作者优先

· 熟悉ITSM工具，具有使用经验者优先

· 熟悉其他如IPT, Video Conference会议等系统者优先
