1. Responsible for guiding and supervising production operators to do the daily maintenance and correct use of the equipment负责指导和监督操作人员做好设备的日常维护保养和正确使用工作。
2. According to the annual equipment maintenance plan, complete the equipment maintenance work in time依据年度设备维护保养计划，做好设备维修工作。
3. Carry out equipment inspection, track equipment running status and production delivery, respond and solve problems in time, report and record accurately认真执行设备巡检工作，跟踪设备使用和生产情况，及时发现并解决问题，及时上报，并如实记录。
4. Manage spare parts in responsible area and optimize spare parts consumption for maintenance做好负责区域的备件管理工作，优化维修的备件消耗。

5. Support the team leader to collect and sort out the related documents and data支持并辅助班组长进行班组相关文档、资料的收集与整理工作。

Experience Required 

1. At least 3 years working experience in welding equipment repairing and maintenance in automotive industry, able to deal with general faults in BIW independently; 3年以上汽车行业焊装设备维修及保养工作经验，能独立处理焊装车间的一般故障。

2. Familiar with Siemens control system and able to program with PLC; 熟悉西门子控制系统，并能够进行PLC编程

3. Ability to operate and maintain ABB robots; 具备ABB机器人的相关操作与维修技能

4. Familiar with laser cutting, gluing, welding and other ancillary equipment, and have some maintenance experience; 了解激光切割，涂胶、焊接等附属设备，并有一定的维修经验；

5. Strong sense of responsibility, team assistance and initiative, able to adapt to job rotation, shift and other work arrangements; 责任心强，团队协助及工作主动性强，能够适应轮岗、倒班等工作安排。

6. Mechanical, electrical and other related majors are preferred; 机械、电气等相关专业优先
