工作职责:

1.Build MIP Strategies, Processes, and Guidelines

2.Maintain ongoing dialogue with other IT leaders and business stakeholders to ensure collaboration

3.Establish collaboration between MIP Product team with business product owners.

4.Help build the agile culture with in Manufacturing IT in terms of being flexible on priorities.

5.Define effective operating and resource utilization models so that resources are deployed on high priority deliverables

6.Define initiatives to drive MIP performance to benchmark levels of service in operations teams

7.Keep benchmark availability, stability and system performance on manufacturing & engineering systems.

8.Adopt the 3rd-Party resources wherever necessary to provide the deliverable and sustain the MIP Products.

9.Foster an environment where innovative thinking and intelligent risk taking is promoted

10.Identify, understand and mitigate risk before making critical decisions

11.Lead employee performance and conflict resolution

任职资格:

Education & Work Experience

1.B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field of study. M.S. degree preferred.

2.10+ years’ experience leading a software development or operations team in Semiconductor IT environment or working on manufacturing & engineering software from business sites.

Professional Competence

1.Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing & engineering systems.

2.Experience including leadership in large-scale capability deployments supporting critical business processes

General Skills

1.Strong leadership skills (leading without authority, multi-functional teams, distributed teams)

2.Demonstrate concise and clear written and verbal communication skills

3.Strong project and program management skills

4.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

5.Application development background is a plus
