Job Purpose:
The main objectives of this position are to lead sales development team to develop commercial strategy and driving execution by collaboration internally and externally with China IND Sales.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Based on solid market insight and internal capabilities. Provide systematic thinking of the business directions in terms of deep dive to existing market; new market entry; new Biz model; new type of channel, etc. Based on market dynamics and sales outcomes, proactively update the strategy to make it solid along with time;
- Group/Industry strategy development and implementation in IND China; Based on the strategy, define and drive the new growth initiatives with business cases and execution tools & concepts; Continuously foster collaboration between internal functions and sales team;
- Lead the development and optimization of the whole business intelligence process. Secure Business Intelligence identification, analysis and reporting, concept development and further implementation;
- Developing new solutions, contribute to new product development, and set IND China standards accordingly;
- Enhancing key project execution value and capabilities;
- Develop national key account strategy and implementation plan, ensure execution in China wide and IPO projects;
- Responsible for the pipeline establishment and close work with BU to accomplish sales turnover target for selected KA customers;
- Transform business needs and requirements into marketing activity projects, Responsible for developing/optimizing the whole local marketing execution process.
- Develop IND China marketing content and concept. Increase influencing to various touch points both via traditional approach and digital engagement.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
- B. Sc /M. Sc.in Engineering; Marketing; or Business Administration;
- 5+ years leadership experience in BD, strategy, segment marketing, or similar functions;
- Experience in water utility segment is highly preferred;
- Strong sense of Customer Centricity, Accountability and Collaboration
- Strategic thinking; Good balance of business instinct and analytical skills;
- Enthusiastic and Persistent - getting the job done – a “can-do attitude”
- Flexible and able to adapt to Change – a fast learner.
- Strong networking, presentation and PPT skills;
- Willing to develop and inspire others;
- Positive, self-confident and able to deal with pressure;
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
