该岗位base在重庆公司

职位描述：

1、负责区域内各项目工作技术支持及工作管理督导。

2. 为其他部门或区域涉及到同等专业的技术，给以专业支持。

3. 负责分管区域的工程管理工作，包括：督导制定项目工程工作计划；制作预算，审核合同；应对突发工程事件；项目工程疑难杂症指导；项目工程绩效考核；项目工程管理稽核；新进/撤场项目工程支持；其他区域项目专业支持；积极完成部门交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 建筑机电类大专以上学历，强电专业优先；

2. 持有至少一项工程专业职称证书（强电，弱电或暖通资格证书或等级证书任意一项）；

3. 从事物业工程管理及工程顾问经验不少于8年；有在国内外知名物业管理/物业顾问/资产管理企业任职经历；

4. 接触过商业、写字楼、住宅等多种物业管理业态； 办公楼，商场物业工程管理工作5年以上；

5. 实际管理过写字楼工程板块的商业业态项目数不少于2个，单个项目体量不少于10万方；

6. 熟悉操作办公软件（掌握CAD优先）；

7. 专业素质高，沟通能力强；

8. 具备较好的文字处理能力，能完成各类工程顾问相关的文件报告起草；

9. 有较好的工程管理培训能力。
