Core competencies that we are looking for to this position are:

– Solid and proven background in high end retail with at least 5 years of experience in store management and leading a team

– University degree in relevant area

– Excellent communication skills

Are you looking for an opportunity to drive sales and create results in a cutting-edge, global, luxury fashion-house? We are currently looking for a Retail Area Manager for our Studios in China and Hong Kong.

As Retail Area Manager at Acne Studios you will be responsible for managing the retail operations and the Studios in several markets. You will have the overall responsibility for securing high-performing retail operations in all aspects, from sales to profit and the brand building activities of the Acne Studios. Together with your team of Store Managers you will drive sales, customer care, staff management, display, administration and inventory control. The Area Retail Manager is responsible for the sales and the result of marketing and reports to the Head of Sales

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Secure that the service level in all stores live up to the Acne Studios standards

Drive sales together with your team on the shop floors on a daily basis

Strategically and operationally plan, lead and manage the operations in the market to ensure store productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded

Secure that the Studios operate efficiently according to set targets for sales, quality KPIs, operation costs etc

1. 指导和监督销售团队完成预定的销售指标，对店铺经理的各项工作给予帮助和支持，确保店铺经理对公司销售制度的理解和执行，并达到公司要求的标准

2. 负责所辖区域门店销售数据的收集、分析、总结和反馈

3. 负责所辖区域门店商品营运管理，员工的招聘、选拔、培训和考核等工作

4. 与视觉陈列团队紧密合作保证所辖区域商品标准在店铺和橱窗展示上遵循统一的标准

5. 及时掌握竞争品牌活动并及时和零售运营团队沟通

6. 及时掌握店铺间的存货和销售信息以给予适当的指导

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历

2. 3~5年以上相关服装零售行业营运管理经验，熟悉零售行业的运作模式

3. 有较强的对外沟通协调能力、团队管理能力和执行力

4. 能承受较大的工作压力，能适应出差

5. 有良好的普通话和英语交流能力
