POSITION OBJECTIVE 职位目标

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting EC participants host certification, defining and overseeing execution of onboarding certification testing. The candidate will drive success of participants onboarding by working closely with business stakeholders, deployment managers, as well as CUP counterparts.

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述

The list of responsibilities will include:

？ Serve as a core member of certification testing team that takes ownership and drives design, development and implementation of testing tool automation.

？ Work with CUP counterparts to ensure successful delivery of EC participants certification.

？ Coordinate certification efforts across teams both internally (EC deployment team) and external (CUP testing team).

？ Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders to understand use cases and translate that into robust test cases.

？ Ensure a strong project management framework including tracking and reporting of all certification projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

？ Preferably a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Technical discipline.

？ Prior project management experience, with proven ability to create strong reporting is a must.

？ 2+ years of programming or testing experience in ISO8583 or XML message spec with strong analytical skills.

？ Experience in writing and executing test automation scripts.

？ Ability to drive projects end-to-end, work with a diverse set of teams and challenge the status quo.

？ Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers.

？ Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under uncertainty with multiple priorities, in a fast-paced environment.

？ Good spoken and written English, clear oral communication skills.
